The Sky Urns 100% Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a 100% lifetime guarantee on our urns. If your engraved or non-engraved urn breaks at any time, package it up and ship it back to us. Once received we will replace the urn with a new one minus the shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Color Exchanges
We offer color exchanges within the first 30 days for non-engraved urns. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be shipped back to us in the same condition that you received it. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your exchange request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, we will exchange and ship your urn minus shipping fees. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds: Non-engraved Urns
Our refund policy for non-engraved urns lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Engraved Urns
Due to the custom nature of the engraved urns, we cannot accept returns unless they are damaged or defective when you receive them. If they are damaged or break, please see our lifetime guarantee policy above.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
